Registering on www.madamebastienne.com will allow you to create an account where you can see all your orders and go through a faster checkout process for your next purchase. Once you become a registered user, you just need to click on Log In at the top right of the home page to access your account.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale govern the offer and sale of all products on www.madamebastienne.com and on the related online store. The products on www.madamebastienne.com are sold directly by Madame Bastienne, Viale Regina Margherita, 67 - 65125 Pescara (hereinafter the Seller).

COMMERCIAL POLICY
We offer our products and our commercial activities exclusively to consumers (hereinafter Customers): by consumer we mean a natural person who acts exclusively for personal purposes not related in any way to entrepreneurial or commercial activities.
For this reason, we kindly ask users who cannot be defined as consumers to refrain from attempting to establish business relationships with us and not to place purchase orders on this site and its online store. On the basis of the aforementioned commercial policy, we reserve the right not to process orders for products that do not comply with it and those whose use is not intended only for customers.
These general conditions of sale do not apply to the supply of services or to the sale of products made by natural persons - other than the seller - present through hyperlinks, banners or any other hypertext link on www.madamebastienne.com
ORDERS
To place an order, add one or more items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with all the information you need to track your package. Please note that once the order has been completed, it is not possible to change its details or the delivery address.
Please make sure that your order and your personal details are both correct before concluding the purchase process.

PRE - ORDERS
We offer all our customers the opportunity to pre-order some of the products shown in our online store.
Out of stock products are clearly marked; during this period, the sale of that product is made with the pre-order method.
The pre-orders allow us to guarantee the delivery of the product within the indicated time and to avoid any possible delay due to the great demand or the sale of the entire stock.

By placing a pre-order, the customer explicitly accepts to receive the desired product after the 30-day limit, in derogation from current legislation (Art. 54, clause 1 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005)
The product will be shipped as soon as it is available, therefore the delivery times indicated are indicative and may undergo further variations depending on the procurement of the material.

CART
All the products on this site are sold following the order of arrival of purchase requests.
The selected item is not reserved when it is added to the cart. Each item is reserved for 5 minutes only when the checkout process has begun to give you time to complete the checkout process.
CUSTOMER PROFILE

To place an order, you need to:
a) be a customer, according to the definition given in Article 1 Clause 1 of the general conditions of sale
b) be at least 18 years old
c) have the legal requirements to enter into legally binding contracts
d) have a valid e-mail address
e) use one of the authorized payment methods listed in the payments section
DELIVERY
National:
We offer free delivery throughout Italy
International:
International delivery charges will be charged to the customer based on the following:
- 15 euros in Europe
- 35 euros from outside the EU
Delivery time
- 1 - 2 working days in Europe
- 2 - 3 working days for non-EU countries
With the exception of Italy, all shipments are made by air. Any customs fees are charged to the customer. There are no restrictions on the items we ship.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged order or if your package gets lost, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once the package has been delivered to the address provided we will not be held responsible.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products to the address provided during the purchase process. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to return@madamebastienne.com

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to requests that do not specify the above details, unless the customer sends a new correct request. Once the request has been received, an e-mail containing the return number will be sent to the customer. All shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer. The products must be returned within the deadline applicable to the right of withdrawal to the following address - Madame Bastienne Viale Regina Margherita, 67 - 65125 Pescara.

All risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. To be exchanged or refunded, returned products must have the tag, label, protective bag and box as sold. Exchange items are subject to availability. Refunds will be made with the same payment method (credit card or PayPal) and in the same currency used for the purchase. Refund times may vary depending on the payment circuit used for the purchase. Any potential variation between the amount paid and the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
Our products are made with delicate materials, therefore their surfaces are subject to variations and scratches, both are not to be considered imperfections.
Any manufacturing defect will be considered on a one-time basis only with a valid proof of purchase. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will take 5 to 7 days on average to repair the product and ship it to the customer.
We kindly ask our customers to strictly follow our return / exchange policy.

PAYMENT
All payments on www.madamebastienne.com are secure.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, direct bank transfer and cash on delivery.
We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
Financial information will never be used by our company except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase process of our products, to allow for any refunds in the event that the products are returned by customers who wish to withdraw from the contract and whenever we deem it necessary to alert law enforcement about potential fraud.
The purchase price and shipping costs - as indicated in the order form - will be charged to the customer's current account at the end of the purchase process.
If the available funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details are correct, the transaction will be processed immediately.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the customer will automatically receive an email listing the Seller's bank details. After sending this email, we will reserve the selected products for the customer pending credit registration. The customer is required to send a copy of the document bearing the transaction reference number to shop@madamebastienne.com within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Otherwise, the order itself will be automatically canceled.

CARE OF THE PRODUCT

All Madame Bastienne products are unique pieces.
Their exclusivity is the combination of the quality of the materials we use and the manufacturing processes of our master craftsmen.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will bear the service charges after our thorough verification confirms the actual defects.
On www.madamebastienne.com we only sell products with the registered trademark "MADAME BASTIENNE", the characteristics of which are specified in each product sheet.
All our products come with an identification tag indicating their serial number.
Removing the serial number tag automatically cancels the right of withdrawal.

If you want to make your purchase on www.madamebastienne.com even more exclusive by customizing the details, materials and / or color of the chosen item, you can do so by sending an email to shop@madamebastienne.com
Costs and delivery times will vary according to your requests. We will inform you in advance of any additional costs related to your request before processing your order.
According to article 10 of the general conditions of sale, the customer's right of withdrawal is not applicable to customized products.
